Scheduled Posts by Time Zone

The reward catalog interface has been redesigned for a simpler, more visually appealing experience. It includes improved navigation features such as search functionality and the ability to view your history of redeemed rewards.
Hashtag improvements
Value hashtags now have a dedicated section on the Worklife homepage to keep them top of mind when giving recognition. The redesign also provides a cleaner look and shows additional information about hashtag usage in recognition posts.
Insights Analytics
Provides instant analytics to understand recognition activity within the organization, like tracking how many kudos have been given and received over time.
Individual Employee Breakdown
Allows viewing of recognition activity by individual employees, showing details about kudos received and given.
Quick Filters
Enables analysis of recognition trends for specific departments, locations, or time periods, and supports data exporting to CSV.
Department and Location Views
Allows you to personalize your Worklife homepage by showing recognition activity from specific locations or departments within your organization. You can click the 'Add view' button on the homepage and select the desired location or department. This feature provides a stream of recognition posts from only the selected people in that location or department, enabling you to focus on what's important. You can add, switch between, or remove multiple views as needed.
Giving Kudos by Department
Allows you to give Kudos to entire departments within your organization. You can type "+" or click the "Add department" icon to select departments, and it will populate all members of those departments as recipients. You can also add or remove individuals. This is useful for acknowledging department-wide achievements.
Reward Redemption Approvals
Admins can require approvals for reward redemptions. When activated, reward requests are sent to a designated admin for approval. This feature can be enabled by turning on the related toggle in the Kudos settings page.
Requests Tab
A new Requests tab on the Rewards page allows admins to view, approve, or decline reward redemptions, providing greater oversight of reward programs.
