Eligible cardholders can receive reimbursement for up to $600 per year of cancellation/change fees charged for eligible airfare purchases. The reimbursement is processed as a statement credit.
The maximum reimbursement per request is $500, and cardholders are limited to 6 reimbursements per year.
Cardholders must submit a Request for Reimbursement to the Benefit Administrator within 90 days of the trip cancellation.
The Benefit Administrator may require additional documentation and will evaluate the request based on submitted materials. Reimbursement can be in the form of a statement credit or travel voucher.
