Inviting Team Members
Allows you to invite team members by sharing a team invite link. You can manage who has access to your team from the Members section in team settings.
Assign Tasks
Once there is more than one team member, you can assign tasks from within the task interface. Multiple people can be selected for a task assignment.
Comments
Pro and Team-Plan customers can leave comments on tasks. Comments are visible to all members of a calendar or board, but not to the public unless shared.
Pomodoro Timer
Weekrise's built-in Pomodoro timer is available for all Pro or Team-Plan customers. It helps users keep track of work phases (Pomodoros) and break times. Users can start the timer by clicking on Pomodoro, and as time progresses, more of the timer darkens to show progress. It includes signals like ticking or sounds to notify when a phase is almost done or over. Default Pomodoros are set to 25 minutes and breaks to 5 minutes, but these can be customized.
Command Menu
Allows you to perform tasks using keyboard shortcuts. You can change themes, mark tasks as completed, open the launchpad, and search for calendars, boards, teams, and tasks using cmd+k on mac or ctrl+k on pc.
Google Calendar Integration
Synchronize your Google Calendar with Weekrise by visiting account settings and authorizing Weekrise to access your Google Calendar. The access requested is read-only and is limited to the Google Calendar service. Once authenticated, you can select which Google Calendars to sync with Weekrise, displaying your events in the Weekrise calendar.
Daily Digest Email
Allows Weekrise Pro and Team-Plan customers to receive an email digest of their tasks for the day. Users can select which days and times they want to receive these digests.
Tags and Filters
Allows Weekrise Pro and Team-Plan customers to use hashtags to tag and filter tasks. Users can add a hashtag to a task's name to tag it, and use the 'Filter' option in the navigation bar to select tags for filtering. Users can click 'Filter' again to change or reset the filter.
Dark or light mode
Allows users to switch between dark and light themes based on preference or environment.
Start of the Week
Gives users the option to set which day they prefer to start their week on, such as Sunday or Monday.
Date format
Enables customization of how dates are displayed, such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.
Unfinished tasks behavior
Lets users decide how the app should handle tasks that are not completed by the end of the day.
Task completion indication
Users can choose their preferred method to mark a task as finished.

Decides whether to automatically open newly created tasks for viewing or editing.

Bulk Editing
With Weekrise's bulk editing feature, you can edit multiple tasks at the same time. To start bulk editing, hold the shift key on your keyboard while clicking on a task. This method allows you to select and perform actions like canceling, deleting, or moving tasks on multiple items simultaneously. After selecting the first task, the bulk editing toolbar opens at the bottom of the window, where you can choose the desired action for all selected tasks.
Restore Deleted Tasks
Allows you to restore tasks that were deleted within the last two weeks by accessing the 'Deleted Tasks' section in your team's settings under 'Calendars and Boards'.
Dark Theme
Provides an option to enable a dark theme which can sync with your computer's theme settings or be manually set through the calendar settings.
Hide/Show the Projects Panel
Enables you to hide or show the projects panel on the screen by clicking on 'Hide Projects' or 'Show Projects', providing a cleaner interface when needed.
Archive Projects
Allows you to hide projects from your calendar by archiving them. Projects can be managed and un-archived through the 'Manage Projects' option in the project panel header.
Reorder Projects
Gives you the ability to reorder projects in the project panel by using the 'Manage Projects' option and then adjusting the order with up and down arrows.
Prevent Task-Editor from Opening
Offers a feature to prevent the task-editor from opening automatically when creating a new task by holding the shift key and pressing 'Enter' on your keyboard.
