General Cancellation Policy
Allows users to request cancellations within 7 days of order and get a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to travel. However, if vendors have initiated service arrangements, cancellations may not be possible.
Non-Cancellable Services
Certain services like last-minute bookings and customized packages may not be eligible for cancellations and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refund for Damaged Services
If services are incomplete, damaged, or misrepresented, users can report within 7 days for investigation and possible refund.
Vendor-Specific Policies
Some vendors may have their own cancellation policies, which override Ternout’s policies and are shown at booking.
