Creating and Customizing Boxes
Create a new Box by tapping the Box icon on the Home Screen. You can edit details, set a name, icon, and default color for items.
Your Personal Box
Automatically start with a Private Box called 'Personal,' which you can rename, change its icon, or delete if you have another Box.
Privacy and Syncing
All Private Boxes are end-to-end encrypted, and your Boxes sync across all devices for secure and accessible information.
Managing Items in Boxes
Within each Box, organize notes, tasks, and contacts. Deleted items go to the Box's trash, which you can restore later.
Future Updates
Upcoming features include moving items between Boxes and different types of Boxes for collaboration.
Password Security
Derives the Main Key from the user's password using PBKDF2 with 600,888 iterations and a 256-bit key length. The user's password never leaves their device.
Main Key
Used to encrypt and decrypt data. Derived from the user's password with a unique salt. Remains on the user's device for local encryption.
Auth Key
Derived from the Main Key using a password hashing function with a unique user UUID. Used for future logins as authentication without exposing the actual password.
Data Encryption
Encrypts all user entities using AES-256-GCM encryption, with local encryption on device and encrypted data sent to the server.
